You may use Drone FX, on a royalty-free basis, to create your own original soundtracks for your film, game, video and audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own soundtracks that were created using the Drone FX software, however, individual audio files, loops, and samples may not be distributed in any manor on a standalone basis, nor may they be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound files, sound effects or music beds.

Loops and samples available within Drone FX were designed and tailored to function within Drone FX to produce unique music, and are intended to be used solely within the confines of the Drone FX Software. Any output produced by Drone FX containing two or more noises is considered "art you produced", therefore you are free to use your unique art as you see fit, without restriction, limitation, duty, or fee.

No, I can't play the cello, nor did I mic a friend playing the cello. But the cello in Drone FX is unique!

Loops and samples available within Drone FX are NOT re-packaged stock, each are unique derivatives from royalty-free stock contained in various software including Apple Logic and Native Instruments. Each loop required considerable effort to craft and were individually (and manually) arranged, timed, tuned, layered, effect'd, keyed, bounced, trimmed, optimized and zero-crossed to fit within the parameters required by Drone FX by the author of Drone FX (me).

Street Translation

Stuff you create with Drone FX is yours, and you may use whatever sounds that Drone FX generates for any of your projects, just don't sell or distribute individual loops, or any of the source loop files.

I worked hard on both the software and the loops!
